Privacy

PixelSignal collects only what is needed to log a waitlist request, run a demo snapshot, or take an optional payment. We do not sell this data. Last updated 31 August 2026.

Who this covers

This policy applies to pixelsignal.com, the waitlist form, the demo snapshot, and optional Stripe checkout. PixelSignal is a waitlisted competitive-intelligence tool. Live runs are not a stored ad database.

What we collect

  • Waitlist: work email, your company, the competitor to watch, market, and a source tag (waitlist or demo).
  • Demo snapshot: company name or domain and market. The run then fetches public ad libraries and the public website.
  • Optional payment: email, company, competitor, and market sent to Stripe for a $50 four-week pilot when checkout is enabled.

We do not ask for ad-account logins, passwords, cookies from your browser sessions, or private campaign data.

How we use it

  • To email you when a live-run slot opens.
  • To run the demo you requested and show a dated report in the browser.
  • To take payment and confirm a pilot if you check out.
  • To keep the product working (spam, abuse, and outage checks).

Who else sees it

Requests go to processors that run the product. We do not sell the list.

  • Formspree receives waitlist fields so we can grant access.
  • Public ad libraries (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads Transparency) receive the competitor name, domain, and market for a live fetch — not your email.
  • Stripe receives payment details if you pay for a pilot.
  • The site host (Vercel) sees ordinary request logs: IP, user agent, path, time.

Retention

Demo results are returned to your browser. They are not kept as a historical ad vault. Waitlist correspondence is kept so we can open a slot. Payment records follow Stripe’s retention. Host logs rotate with the host’s defaults.

To delete a waitlist request, write via the site form using the same work email.

Cookies and logs

PixelSignal does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages. The host may log requests to operate the site. There is no marketing pixel on this site.

Children

The product is for work use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have, use the site form and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we update this page and the date above. Keep using the site only if the current policy is acceptable.
