PixelSignal is operated for a paid four-week competitive-brief service. We collect only what is needed to run a snapshot or a pilot.

What we collect

Work email, agency name, competitor domain or company name, market, and optional messages you send us. Snapshot runs may call public ad libraries and fetch public web pages. We do not ask for ad-account logins.

How we use it

To deliver a dated snapshot, a weekly brief, invoices, and service email. Pilot requests go through Formspree. Card payments, if enabled, go through Stripe. We do not sell this data.

Retention

Snapshot results are not stored as a historical ad database. Pilot correspondence is kept for the four-week engagement and ordinary accounting. You can email us to delete a request.
