Terms
These terms cover the PixelSignal website, waitlist, demo snapshot, and any live run or paid pilot we grant. Joining the list is free. Using the site means you accept this page. Last updated 31 August 2026.
The service
PixelSignal is a waitlisted competitive-intelligence tool. You type a company or domain. A run resolves advertiser entities across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads Transparency where those libraries return data, fetches current creative, and scores whether the public site is extractable. You pick a market per run. Nothing is pre-scraped. Every report is dated.
A demo snapshot is a limited, dated read — not a live seat. Access to metered live runs opens in batches. See pricing.
Waitlist
A waitlist request logs your email, company, first competitor, and market. We email you when a slot opens. Joining is not a contract for access, not an automatic charge, and not a published live-seat tariff. We may refuse or delay a request if runs would be slow or unsafe.
What a run is — and is not
Runs cover public advertising libraries and extracted public web copy. Observation is labelled as observation. We do not claim a strategy change without stored history. Stub records are flagged, never padded into a count.
Not included: dashboards, logins, historical ad vaults, media hosting, detectors, or access to private ad accounts.
PixelSignal is not legal, investment, or advertising-compliance advice. Public libraries and sites can be incomplete, delayed, geo-restricted, or wrong. We report what the run returned.
Acceptable use
- Use the demo and any live seat for competitive research, not to attack, scrape at scale, or overload public libraries.
- Do not submit other people’s personal data unless you have a reason to (a work email for your own request is enough).
- Do not attempt to bypass metering, secrets, or rate limits.
- Do not use results to impersonate an advertiser or misrepresent a dated snapshot as live proof.
We may throttle, refuse, or shut off a run that looks abusive.
Optional payment
When Stripe checkout is connected, a $50 four-week pilot is a one-time payment for a metered seat — three competitors, weekly briefs — not a subscription until we publish a tariff. If checkout is not connected, we invoice instead. Card data is handled by Stripe, not stored on this site. Refunds are considered case by case if we cannot start the pilot.
Intellectual property
PixelSignal owns the site, software, and report format. Advertiser creative, trademarks, and page copy remain those parties’ property. A run does not transfer those rights. You keep the data you submit. You may keep a dated report you generated, with the date attached.
Limitation
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, PixelSignal is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or decisions you make from a dated snapshot. If we are liable anyway, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months — or zero if you have not paid.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Material changes apply going forward. If you do not accept them, stop using the site and ask us to delete a waitlist request.
